Shipping Coverage
All shipments are sent directly from our shop in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
We ship to: United Kingdom addresses only
We do NOT ship to:
- Addresses outside the United Kingdom
- P.O. boxes
- Military addresses
Orders with an invalid UK address will be automatically canceled or refunded.
Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: FREE SHIPPING on all orders
- No minimum order value required
Order Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday
- Orders placed after 22:00 GMT/BST are treated as received on the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Transit Time
- Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days from dispatch

- Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays
Important: Delivery times are counted from the moment of dispatch, not from the order date. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracked Shipping: Full tracking is available for all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your parcel using the tracking number on the Royal Mail Track & Trace service
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
We deliver to residential and business addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery
Lonaw reserves the right to cancel or refuse replacement orders where address details provided are inaccurate
Lost or Delayed Packages
UK Orders: Packages are considered lost only after 12 business days from dispatch
If you suspect your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@lonaw.com with your order number
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees.
