This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel an order placed on the Lonaw website and how cancellations are handled before or after an order has been dispatched.
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) before they are dispatched to the shipping carrier.
You may cancel your order within 24 business hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Cancellations:
For cancellations made within 24 business hours (before production begins), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Returns After Shipping:
For orders returned after shipping, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
When We May Cancel an Order
Lonaw reserves the right to cancel an order if necessary, including in the following situations:
- The product becomes out of stock or unavailable
- A pricing or product description error occurs
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We detect fraudulent activity or misuse of the website
If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
